Very convenient app however needs a few tweaks. Why ask users to register their card and then still ask for the entire card number to make a payment even though said card was previously registered. Need to do something about that.

I’d give more stars because this is genuinely a good app but there are 2 things in particular that really degrades usability. 1. They force users to register their cards in order to use them…fine. But why do I need to renter all that information every time I try to pay my bill? There’s no security advantage. It’s just a stupid and short sighted design. Simply having users confirm the last 4 digits or confirming the CVV is enough to confirm the transaction….the card is already saved to the system. 2. The mere fact that I can’t paste my information into the form is also very stupid. Again, no clear security advantage. It also eliminates the ability for anyone to use their cards stored on their keychain. On paper some of these designs might seem like good ideas but they clearly weren’t developed by a competent technical mind. Degrades the usability of the app entirely.

It works great on iOS device. I’m able to pay my bills… together too and even report outages. Only drawback is it keeps logging you out and you have to remember your log in to get back in.
