App Profile: CareQOL

CareQOL is a health management tool for caregivers. CareQOL promotes self-care through tracking mood, physical activity, and sleep as well as by providing personalized motivational tips and messages. Mood is measured by a few daily questions about caregiver stress, sadness, and worry. Sleep and physical activity (step count) are assessed through using and wearing a Fitbit®. Users will be able to view their daily ratings of mood, physical activity, and sleep through visual displays in the app.
