No issues. Always on time. Used for many local journeys. App sometimes doesn’t allow bookings at busy times so worth calling to check.

I strongly recommend using the services of this company. Used twice over a weekend visit. Cars immaculate,drivers really friendly, pick up times were spot on. A credit to the company, well done.

There three stars are for the drivers and staff, they’re wonderful people and I’ve had no issues with them. However, the app tries to be annoying at the worst of times. Instead of indicating that there’s no cars available, it’ll just put a ‘Payment failed’ notice down. It really needs a system that can tell users that you don’t have cars available from x and y time. As I have spent ages in the past trying to wrestle to get a taxi booked within a two hour slot, only to ring them directly and they booked it in for 40 mins time. The app wouldn’t even let me book one for this time as the payment would keep ‘failing’. If this issue gets fixed, the app would be 5 stars. Easily - they’re absolutely amazing staff and drivers!
