Flash VPN - Master Proxy

I had downloaded vpn onto my iPhone and during the initial connection attempts everything failed over and over. I could not obtain a connection. Got onto the help and they referenced that my ISP may be blocking VPN access. I disconnected from my home wifi to use my mobile data plan instead. VPN connection was immediate and very quick. So my take away here is it will work great away from home over my data plan but not at home. I'll head off to a coffee shop and try using vpn with their wifi next.
