The old Petrosoft cloud app had a much more intuitive UI. The new UI is a downgrade and has some very basic bugs. There is no way to reset your PW on the app even though it’s required periodically. The swiping vs tapping to navigate is clunky and much slower. Why replace and deprecate an app that is used for basic, repeatable tasks with a brand new app is the real question?
The app isn’t very user friendly. Also, the app has crashed multiple times. I was told by support that it’s an internet issue, but I have tried using the app with multiple different internet providers and it still crashes.
Especially the latest reviews and revisions have awesome addition to speed up the business process.
