Our access system used the EntraPass GoPass mobile app, before being forced to switch to Cloudvue Access. This app does not have the feature to lock a door. I consider this a safety issue that should be added immediately. Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to even figure out who to contact to add this feature to the mobile app. Hopefully someone reading this can forward to the right team.
Works sometimes.. but only if you can get it to register on your phone. Which is a 50/50 shot. Half the teachers at my school (myself included) cannot register their device. Continuously give me “unknown error. Check that phone number includes country code” (+1) for US.. spoiler alert: it did.
