Farm Credit Mid-America

This app worked before the recent update. It has always been limited in functionality but, it WORKED! Now you have constant signin problems, face ID doesn’t work, statements are iffy, deposits kind of work, and the whole app is S-L-O-W. It all started with their “new/better” accounting system. I used to like dealing with them, and I could count on the app doing what it was supposed to do. Now I do not have a good feeling about doing FINANCIAL BUSINESS with a company that does seem to care about ensuring all is working and secure when upgrading.

I bought some land a few months ago. So far it has been the worst experience with any bank I’ve dealt with. I paid early, and over the first month or two using the deposit method on the app. Then received bills with late fees for the next two months all while paying early or on time. I was asked not to pay over the payment amount to see if that would stop the app from putting the money somewhere else. Tried that. Still got another bill dated for after the payment had been applied to my loan. Definitely been a struggle. I recently spoke with a lady in Albany or New Albany and she was helpful. Hopefully the issues will be resolved moving forward.

So much better app than before thanks for making this a user friendly app and using some common sense we’ll appreciated from myself for sure !!!!
