Welcome to the Mesa Fitness app! Mesa Fitness is the largest health club located in Mesa County, CO. Mesa Fitness prides itself on creating a unique and all-encompassing fitness experience for our members. We strive to not only empower our internal gym community, but the community around us as well. Our facilities hold everything to help guide the way toward your fitness goals. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature the following amenities:

- An extensive array of Group Fitness classes, including Mind & Body classes
- Team Training and Small Group training
- Top of the line cardio and weight training equipment
- Educated, certified, and dedicated personal trainers and fitness instructors
- A nurturing and engaging Kids Club program
- Aquatics program, including individual lap lane swimming and aqua-classes
- Multiple functional training areas
- Basketball and racquetball courts
- A recovery center

The app allows our members to view and reserve a spot in our classes, work with a personal trainer, get custom fitness programming, meet our staff, and much more! Create personal goals and track your workouts on the go or in the gym! No need for a membership tag either, as the app allows members to check in to the club with an individual barcode!

Mesa Fitness app uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
Your Health sync data is only visible to you and is not sent to anyone but yourself.
