催帳情況
由於人在國外沒有注意到未繳費。 若遲繳費用貴司會打給你的所有親朋好友催帳，已繳納全額後擔心個資洩漏詢問客服，得到回覆「申請時有提供手機通訊錄，若客戶遲繳或是聯繫不到，我們會撥打同意提供的通訊錄電話，一般繳款正常或是容易聯繫的客戶，我們是完全不會撥打任何聯絡人的」 ****不知道這個同意是隱藏在哪些細則條款中，客服的回覆令人感受不專業。

標準不一令人失去信心
前面申請兩次皆很快通過，從來都沒有延遲繳款過，結清後臨時有資金需求申請方式卻改變，送出申請後不到幾分鐘就拒絕，留下一句不方便說明原因，如果想要再申請還需要等上半年，對此公司已經失去信心！不會再使用了！ 如果不能做到，麻煩更改網站上的說明，寫的那麼好聽跟詐騙沒兩樣！
