I’ve always believed in the power of positive affirmations, but as a beginner, I feel self-conscious and awkward about saying things to myself in a mirror every morning. But listening to these affirmations is SO AWESOME! It doesn’t feel unnatural, it’s amazing how quickly I can feel myself calm down amidst high stress, and the prerecorded affirmations are very powerful to me. I shared the app with 4 of my closest family members and friends within one day of using it!
I love that they’re only 5min each. It makes it SO easy when I’m under a lot of pressure, and I don’t feel like I have time to stop what I’m doing, because I know I can always afford 5 minutes.
Another awesome feature is the soothing soundscapes—they DON’T sound like the crummy quality ocean waves or bird songs on your baby’s white noise machine. There aren’t just 2 out of the 9 sounds are decent—they’re ALL good!
The app itself is well-designed, user-friendly and intuitive. There’s nothing to complain about, except that I didn’t have this app sooner! I’ll be sharing with many more.

The app seems pretty amazing so far. A conscious creator dream app actually from what I have seen so far. I just downloaded it so let’s see how it helps and serves its purpose the more I use it.
UPDATE:
Not sure if something is going on but I believe I will be deleting the app bc the main reason I wanted this app was to be able to write my own affirmations and set the reminders and although it does just that, none of my reminders ever alerted me and yes I did check all the settings and even tried to test it in setting a reminder for a certain time and waited for it and nothing. I did see ONCE that a notification did show up as a banner but if it wasn’t that I was looking at my phone, would have never seen it. Defeats the purpose if I can’t hear actual alerts and reminders if they make no sound or don’t show up at all. Maybe I’m missing something that I’m not doing but none the less, i don’t want to spend time trying to figure why a reminder or alert isn’t working if u should just work period. But none the less the app does seem to have all the great features one would need for affirmations. Just wished it would have worked for me.

Update 8/8/21: After a few days of emailing back and forth after the CEO reached out to me, the app now works and all the content is unlocked. Jaeden was very nice and even offered me a lifetime membership for my trouble. Customer service is great and I now have access to all the features the app offers.
I tried to upgrade to the premium version but none of the locked subsections open up for me and it says unexpected error occurred. I tried closing out the app completely, restarting my phone, and deleting the app and downloading it again. Nothing is working but the subscription for the premium content is active. I really enjoy the app and wish it actually worked and wasn’t a waste of money.
