This app is very cool. It helps me know what breed of my cat is, and especially it is completely free.

I thought this was like any other app with a free trial where I could try it for the period of time it says and cancel during that time if I decided I didn’t want to subscribe. I tried out the app today, decided it wasn’t for me and cancelled only to get charged for the subscription a few hours later so I ended up spending $30 on an app I’m not even going to use! I am definitely not happy with this as there is nothing stating that agreeing to the trial commits you to subscribing. I did request a refund from Apple and hopefully they will refund me since I did cancel before my free trial period was over.

I tried several times and it would not take a photo. When it finally did, it said I had more than one cat. Tried again with a photo in my gallery. Finally after a half dozen times, it allowed me to view an ad so I could have my free identification. Identification was worthless. It gave pictures of several cats that weren’t even close. The last photo said to take a picture from another angle. After all that, I’m giving up and deleting the App.
