I love strategy games. This game has gone up and beyond, it has everything you can think of. A reputation, strategic moves, actually battle outcomes, real life actions. Reputation is awesome and a nice touch because if your fighting native’s and destroy a village your reputation drops and you have to fight every village because they believe your going to destroy their village too. If you have a good reputation you won’t have to fight to capture a village. I’ve sat and thought about my moves for 5 minutes because one wrong move and your done for. You have to place your troops right and take risks. Should you attack the army that’s moving down into your land or should you attack the city so they can’t produce troops there. Actually battle outcomes, if you are in enemy land you will suffer a morale hit plus more troops with die in battle because you don’t know the land. Real life actions, if defeated badly enough the army will retreat to another province and have low morale. This game WILL work your brain and make you think about every move you make and every move that you regret. It’s a one of a kind game that takes time to learn and if you are reading this wondering if you should download this game I highly recommend it. Much love to the developers for making this game. I feel like this game is the best change in the UI which I think should be universal between the different games. Only issue with playing your other games is finding controls and remembering them so making them universal would be great. I also think the tutorial should take you to a game to demonstrate how to use certain mechanics because it’s more difficult to understand when you have to flip back in games if you miss a piece of directions. On to things I love about the game like the ability to destroy villages or settlements which gives player power to wipe out a tribe or European country that has been giving you a hard time and I enjoy that destroy unaligned tribes has effects for example if they were Pohawtan then they would be upset or got to war which is a good element. I also love the pacing which makes you not want to expand too quickly making a realistic type strategy. But I do really enjoy the game and I hope something like the American Revolutionary War comes out!

Now this game is truly something great I love the mechanics the balancing everything even tho when I first got it I did have some difficulty with it because of how unique the game is I had never seen anything like this on mobile and I really hope John Gregory makes more games like this one but maybe one or two set in medieval times or maybe one set in Roman times even tho it would take very long but the only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is that the game after every turn you get hit with a match maker game or something like that and that is very annoying because it is the same 60 second add every turn that isn’t close to related to this game I wouldn’t mind if it was a different add every now and then but I just always get the same add with the stupid music I truly do hate the add now that is shown but other than that I really love this game and hope it is improved even more and if you get this game please don’t delete it because you don’t understand the gameplay just work on it and understand the game more Thank you for taking the time to read this review
