Please save your money and avoid this company at all costs. They are highly unprofessional and engaging in deceptive practices. I made the huge mistake of paying the full order amount upfront. It has been almost 3 months, and they still have not completed the installation. I have contacted customer care multiple times and raised official complaints, but absolutely nothing has been resolved. To make matters worse, a representative from the company called me today demanding even more money just to complete the installation—weeks after they already took my full payment. I am stuck in a terrible situation with no resolution in sight. I am writing this review to warn everyone else: do not trust them, do not pay them upfront, and do not fall into their trap. They will take your money and hold your service hostage. Highly disappointed and frustrated.

Very poor performance from all officials at every level. I have made 90% of the payment, but even after three months, the project is still not commissioned. The structure is not installed as per ISO standards, and materials have been supplied only partly and not as per the drawings. No one responds to emails, phone calls, or WhatsApp messages. Completely unprofessional and disappointing service.
