I just downloaded the app, login with my bank account numb and password, but it’s keep give me a note “mobile authorities for this client are not defined “. Is there any way to fix that. With regrads

Why should i have to agree to terms every time I login? One time is not enough? Why it says user already logged on ? Why you don’t end the session automatically when a new login request made? Some parts in the app says you are not authorized to access then why you don’t hide it? Hey developers do you have any coding background? Because this app is completely boring and difficult to use places fix those issues and make the app normal. Thank you!!!!!!

OMG this bank does not provide any services without paying for them which they are free in every bank around the world, now if one wants to online check the balance on one’s account, online shopping, using the mobile app..etc one should pay for each service at least $10. They do not know what a billing address is, I payed for online shopping like $30 and I when I asked them about the billing address they said what is a billing address you do not need it. I am tired of this greedy crappy services.
