I did download the app and subscribe because they would give 3 days free trial but they charge me right away so I did delete the app right away and try to get refund but they didn’t let me. And I would like to get my money back and I also contacted the app to get refund but they didn’t let me please don’t use the app

I downloaded this app to help me remove people from an architectural photograph I took while working in Rome. They claim you get the first week free on a trial basis. When the app didn’t work, I immediately emailed the company and asked them to cancel my subscription. They ignored my email and continue to charge me each week, for an entire month! when I contacted Apple and asked them to help me with this matter their response was to deny my claim for a refund twice over. Unless you want your pictures looking like an incomplete train wreck of a Salvador Dali painting, don’t waste your money - BECAUSE THEY WILL - definitely take it from you for as long and as often as they can until you catch the mistake, and then Apple will back them up and refuse to give you your money back!

Yes, this app is good for removing people, but if there is only a specific object you want removed, that’s a challenge in itself, the app wants you to pay 5.00$ a month, just to remove something simple from your photo? don’t download this app if your looking to remove simple things in your phone. your wasting your time. i think it would be better if you we’re actually willing to pay the 5$ per month, (which is why i gave three stars), but i wouldn’t do that.
