I just tried to do an e-check-in but could not save my entry. When I was trying to add symptoms it opened up another e-check in page. I began again but when I hit the save button nothing happened. It appears it would not save. I hit the back button and realized then that it had opened the second e-checkin. Once I was back on the original e-check in page the add symptoms button said progress saved instead of actually allowing me to add symptoms. It seems that these buttons functions have been reversed or something. I find it amusing that the buttons aren’t functional. lol just like how I feel sometimes. Anyhow, I do hope this gets resolved soon as these apps can be really beneficial to us that struggle with FND.

I wish that you’d make the log in easier- have a “remember password” or at least have the login email saved and we just have to put in our password. It’s already challenging to do extra things, especially when you are needing support, which is when one comes to this app. So when one is exhausted and needing to type in or remember your login info, then it’s easier to not go through that trouble & not use it; which defeats the purpose of downloading this app.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that you may need someone to fix a bug on the app. It keeps defaulting to a different date when logging symptoms/checkins. I logged three times and it changed the date every time. So if you could please contact the developers and tech team to fix it that would be great! Also why do we have to log in every single time? Can it remember the password so you don’t have to log in?
About myFND
myFND is a secure and friendly app that has been designed to help you with your symptoms of FND.
At myFND, we want to help anyone with FND understand their symptoms, learn about how they change over time and what they can do to manage them.
While we understand that symptoms differ from person to person, and that everyone will be at a different stage of treatment, we know that every myFND user has one thing in common — they want to reduce their symptoms and improve their quality of life. And that’s what we’re here for.
In the first section, you’ll find a few pages explaining exactly what having FND means and what treatment may involve.
The 'my Check in' section will help you to focus on each symptom individually, and think about how they might be affecting you physically, psychologically and emotionally — which is really important.
The 'my Strategies' section details some simple self-management techniques that can help you manage the severity and frequency of symptoms. These techniques work in a variety of ways, and utilise physical, psychological and emotional coping strategies — you may see a pattern emerging here!
The 'my Story' section allows you to take a step back and see if there’s a pattern to your symptoms or if something specific makes them better or worse.
In 'my Support' you can find links to some other sources of useful information and support, as well as contact details for our team.
