I heard through a friend that this app unlike its competitors doesn’t track your data and unlike some others that do and try and use it to profit off of you. After several days of using it and even reaching out to an agent through the app to ask some general questions, who by the way was super responsive and genuinely just a nice guy, I actually preferred it over the others. It’s now my number 1 source to keep tabs on other properties in my community. Highly recommend it.
