I actually love this app. Both the free and paid versions are amazing. I like how the if I wasn’t able to pay for the app, it was still usable. Some developers make “free” versions sooo limited you might as well pay or delete it. This is not the case with this app. What I would like from the developer is the option to choose what trackers we’d like for the widget. I know it’s the first three in the app dashboard and you are able to customize that. The reason I’d like to choose the widget options is for reasons like my calendar. I have two widgets for my calendar. One that shows my scheduled and one that shows my kids schedule. This helps to see a difference in what I cannot miss vs what is just on the calendar for my family’s benefit. I have at least 5 things that would be so easy to track if I could just have all 5 options on my homescreen rather than having to open the app. OR if the app could have the option to quickly add the way the widget does, that would be great.
Super "glitchy" and tech support is non-existent. I have the PAID version and one of the main features, sharing data between team members, has completely stopped working. I have tried re-syncing the data multiple times and that does nothing to address or resolve the issue. My husband and I use the app to track our pup's activities, especially potty breaks. But if we can't see each other's recorded data, there is no point in continuing to pay and use this app.
I love the ability to organize between different dogs. I am able to easily submit every training type I have done with each dog. I do however, wish you could categorize activities within groups. For instance, I have an activity for every single thing I’m training, which is a ton. I wish I could categorize them into sections, so I can have a section with sport training with a group of activities that are stored within that; and another for pet training. Basically a way to organize better since I like listing each individual thing I do. Literally the only thing I so so wished was included. I love this app so much for keeping track of everything!
I paid a one time fee to unlock the features of the app and now those features are being held ransom demanding me to pay more to use them. In addition, the app is slow to open and even slower to record events. If you have plenty of time and money, you may find the app useful. Update: I was signed in. Signed out and back in to see if it made a difference. All of my information was wiped from existence. Even the reply sent from app owner. App thinks I never paid the unlock fee.
I downloaded this app in 2020 when I adopted my ~9 month old puppy and wanted to keep track of all the things — and this app certainly lets you do that! She also ended up needing daily medication, and this app is super helpful with reminders. I eventually added our older dog to the app too. Though I primarily use this app to track medication, illness, and vet visits now, the reason I’m writing this review is because of how quickly the team responded to a question I had about “hiding” a pet from view. Our older dog passed away and something about just deleting her from the app didn’t sit well with me. I sent a quick message to see if I could simply hide her profile and while that wasn’t an option, they asked why, and let me know they’d send feedback to the developers. Within a week they had an update in the app to note that my dog had passed away, with a condolence message, and the ability to just hide her profile. Thank you so much to the team that responds to these requests and keeps this app updated with useful features. You’ve got a user for life!
this app has been tremendously helpful in keeping our new puppy on a routine. my one frustration though is that reminders are sorted by date created rather than the time of the reminder. so if you add them in the order of 3pm, 8am, 1pm, the app doesn't sort it to 8am, 1pm, 3pm. it remains in the order you created them. same issue with the "reminders" in the "Activities" page calender.
