Dr. Amin Intermittent Fasting Challenge goes beyond being a diet to becoming a lifestyle. You will enjoy the Knowledge of how the IF and the Keto will better your body. Secondly, you will have access to an almost private trainer, who will work on your body. Third, you will have Yoga to help grow your soul and body. Fourth, you will enjoy having a Psychologist to explain and treat any eating disorders as well as help establish new habits. Fifth, you will enjoy a variety of recipes that will help you enjoy your weight-loss journey without feeling deprived. Sixth, Dr. Amin will personally share her knowledge with you. Finally, you will have a strong support from the wonderful group sharing your same experience.

(The slim Game) Amazing program - you get to eat anything you desire however in moderate, portions and specific days - all mentors and coaches are super helpful and available 24/7 Highly highly recommend this for starters who are looking to start losing weight but not depriving themselves. There is vegan options as well in case you are fasting or lenting- there are receipts and portions for every meal- I lost 12 lbs in 1 month while I ate everything I like chocolate, hawawshy, shawerma etc without even exercising. Do it you won’t regret it at all
