Frontier Waste

I was skeptical when I downloaded the app but was pleasantly surprised that they listed phone numbers in case of any questions. I tried a number and was immediately answered by a live person who was familiar with the area, the policies and the schedules. She was able to answer my questions completely. Good job Frontier!

Once our community switched to to this company things haven't been better! Even the bulk trash has been getting picked up! Our first scheduled pick up I put out my old living room set. I was a little nervous that it wasn't going to get picked up. It was gone before I woke up in the morning! Appreciate you guys! Thank you for your services!

The folks that are picking up the trash now or doing a wonderful job. However, I do not know if it’s your responsibility or not but when are they all recycle containers going to be picked up. First they said it would be October 1, then they said to put it out on your normal recycle day which for us is Wednesday. I did that and it still was not picked up. I called our waste company and they said to leave it outside until the recycle day and then put it out by the curb. I have done that still no one has picked the container up. Please provide us with the information as to when they will be picked up.
