Charged for subscription
I was charged for a subscription when I canceled the same day I downloaded and I was still in the 3 day free trail period! I have emailed 3 times with no response.

my favorite App is no longer crushing
The app is keep crashing on my iPhone. I have the latest app version and the latest OS version. It’s very disappointing as I use this app for work all the time and now because of the crash I have to look for alternatives Update: After developer provided a solution the app went back to normal.
