imagine having to pay cash in 2025.
never in my life have i seen a delivery company INTENTIONALLY make a delivery experience worse and poor. all because they refuse to implement an online payment system (something highschool kids do nowadays just for kicks)
a single package has its delivery extended by two weeks because the receiver has to physically shake hands with the delivery guy, and give money + because the first attempt failed, the attempts following it is a cocktail of the package being transferred from one delivery agent to another with the tracking history being updated with false ‘unsuccessful delivery attempts’ and ‘attempted to contact customer’ (who’s trying to deliver anything after 11pm??)
i dislike that i cannot control which company my packages end up with.
