I usually don’t bother writing a review but this app really frustrated me. Possibly the most inconvenient of all other similar apps. After not using the app for a while, my account was suspended and the only prompt the app gave was to call their number. It turned out to be just a KYC verification that i had to do through WhatsApp 🤦🏻‍♂️ I hope this reaches the relevant departments, here are some points to improve upon/fix: 1. Add FaceID/fingerprint verification to login and transactions 2. the KYC process to be added in the app interface 3. Improve the UI/UX as it is confusing to navigate 4. Prices of digital vouchers are higher than competitors 5. Locations of some agents on the map aren’t accurate.

When i try to add money to my wallet form Qi card and after filling all the information of the card , the app stops and only “Trasnaction is in process” appears on the screen and nothing happens after that even if I wait for an hour .. i should restart the app and do the same things and the same cycle begins ..
