I actually found Loop through an Instagram ad and decided to try it out. I think the concept of the app is so unique and it’s very cool being able to talk to people. It’s like having a phone call with old friends and sharing experiences. I like that you can talk to people without the dating aspect involved. There’s no pressure and the topics range from family issues to personal development topics. The cue cards are a fun game element to it and everyone has a change to answer. It feels like a safe space where you can be yourself. Everything is anonymous so you don’t have to worry about revealing information you’re not comfortable with. I highly recommend if you need people to talk to, especially during this lonely and isolating pandemic.

I have been using Scenario for over a week and the visualizations are amazing. I provide a specific stress pain point, questions around the stress help drill down the triggers most related to the issue causing stress. Then the app provides, in story/scenario visualization how the stress plays out and how to address the stress is the scenario. So logical. So helpful. So amazing. Honestly I found Scenario to be in many ways more helpful than therapy and more insightful on providing tools to help manage my specific stress and anxiety. Truly. Brilliant app.
