My my diamond for my paypal cash out isn’t going up which is the only problem I found, and also you don’t mine to get exp you need to merge the units to get exp. If you run out of unit space you can trash weak units by holding them dragging to the trash icon, but it’s better if you shop for units refresh, and repeat. Also you can on redeem to check the requirements, and the PayPal amount. Also it’s not rigged it’s just trail and error, and it took me a few hours to figure that out, but I would like the developers to say that to every player so they know, and don’t think the game is bad. It would probably bring up the ratings.

I’ve had this game for almost a full month now and I hadn’t had any issues with it until I noticed that my level stopped increasing after reaching 39. No matter how much I do, it stays exactly the same. I’m not sure if it’s a bug because no one else has said anything about it or if this is an actual glitch purposely put into the game. One way or another it’s annoying because to even cash out $1 on PayPal, you need to reach level 40. Could someone fix this or what??

I’ve played this enough to request two redemptions. One for $1 and one for $5. Both requests just show “refused.” The company’s web page is only their privacy policy. There is no contact information. The redemption info gives the company an out by saying: “any suspicious activity” as a reason to refuse a redemption. Clearly they can opt to use this reason to refuse any redemption. I don’t believe the company will ever pay out. Be careful of their other games as I’m sure the same issue exists.
