I will regularly get stuck on the initial log-in page and cannot get past it until I uninstall and re-installed the app to my phone. Logging my actual hours often results in glitches and I’ll have to log the same information multiple times before it accepts it to the timesheet. And these are the two major functions of this app - to sign in and submit your hours, so that’s incredibly frustrating that I cannot even count on the app to be able to do those two simple things.

The agency my PCA works for started using this app, and today it took her nearly an hour of trying before the app would allow her to enter the information needed so she could clock out. She told me she read 65 pages of instructions for it, but her time was wasted because the app isn't functional. It's genuinely astonishing how poorly programmed it is for something so simple and easy that you can do it with a piece of paper. I can't fathom why any agency would even attempt to use it, unless their goal was to punish caregivers for trying to do their jobs. The fake 5 star reviews on here are also embarrassing, and demonstrate that this company has no intention to do any better. If you're not going to fix your app, delete it from existence and stop wasting everyone's time.

Work switched to this app AGAIN, and I cannot login! It goes beyond issues with just an application. The state is wanting clients and caregivers to be doing the job of the state; that is the purpose of this app. It goes well beyond charting into issues that conflict with clients dignity, & overall safety. My work used to use this app long ago when the state was forcing things, but ultimately changed to HXX exchange. That application was far superior, very simple, and straightforward. I’m not even sure why, but this application wants access to my banking account/credit cards; again WHY??? The government is declining at a rapid rate, & it’s because of application applications like this so many places are going out of business. Losing workers, & clients because of something they cannot control. Speaking of control how about health insurance these days, not a very great time to be doing healthcare work or to be sick; this is all not OK!
