Keiki Learning games for Kids

As a homeschooling mom I’m always on the lookout for fun ways to introduce supplemental learning. I clicked the ad & it took me to the website. I answered all of the questions & enjoyed the simplicity & gearing their suggestions for your children based on their unique learning styles. I purchased the discounted 6month subscription bc I was super excited & it was a deal! I confirmed my email, looked around the site more, seeing all of the packs available for purchase, which I just thought were “extra” & that the app would still have content appropriate for older kids’ (mine are 7yo and 9yo in a month) I clicked on the packs hoping I’d get some kind of “preview” of what’s included in them before purchasing - I accidentally purchased them & didn’t know it until I checked my balance. I emailed the company when I got the notification that I didn’t have enough money in my account. I was confused bc I really didn’t think I purchased anything when clicking those. I downloaded the app & saw that it’s geared mostly towards toddlers & the content was far too young for my older kids & too old for my 1yo so I basically can’t use it. The thrill of finding something secular for my homeschooled kids that is set up so well & the 10min time limit to get the discount had me in a hurry to purchase. I was offered a free worksheet pack for my children but I really just wanted a refund. After another email, they refunded my purchase & were super helpful and friendly. When my toddler gets a little older, I will probably come back & use this app. The short time I was able to explore it, it was colorful, set up simply, has cute little avatars, and I believe it will be helpful. The packs available for purchase seem pretty cool & worth the money as well. If I could afford it, I’d definitely purchase some as I saw some directed towards children with ADHD. I just can’t manage to purchase them right now. Definitely recommend the app even from just a short period of looking over it!

Be awarded! All your purchases are non- refundable and they will misled you buy more,it is a scammer company. I only wanted to buy one product the Keiki app, and after I login to pay and they misled me buy more products such as puzzles and worksheets and I never know they are not included in the purchase I made. And I didn’t authorized the next payments but they can charge from me just because I authorized the first payment, be careful, and the customer service answers are tricky too, they won’t answer you directly when you ask to cancel the subscription and wants to get the full refunds back. They will says sorry to see you go and your subscriptions are cancelled and you might think you get refunds, but they never says it, they will bring you to the next page, says they want to offer you a life free plan, and stop answer your emails. I submitted a new email and then a different agent finally reply me directly says the payment is non-refundable! Can you believe it, you never used the product and buy few hours ago and you can’t get refund back when you feel you have been treated. And they will tell you their policy says that all purchases are non refundable and this is how they designed the purchase progress and confusing their customers and makes them pay multiple times!

Response to Kiki I canceled the subscription that was the first thing I did prior to my 7 day free trial after I canceled you kept charging me so telling me to do something I did is redundant I said I canceled it charged me after that over 15 times in one day I had 15 charges of $7.99 in ONE DAY FOR SANE APP I CANCELED IT THREW MY PHONE I DIDNT JUST DELET MY APP ITS 2021 I’m not brand new I know how to delete apps versus cancel. I had over 30 charges in a two month period I have my bank records to show. I had to do a charge back for $240 when your app charges daily there’s a problem. please contact me you keep charging my account. I have over 15 charges I had to cancel my credit card then you start taking it from my Apple Pay. You charged me 3 times $7.99 in one day. Your app didn’t even work I canceled the trial the next day and 2 months later still getting charged. When you try and contact this company it directs you to the app. I’ve gotten nowhere and just when I thought it was over $7.99 more out of my Apple Pay. STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!!! Calling state’s attorneys office next. This is how serious this has become. It’s fraudulent at this point. Please contact me as I have tried to contact your company for help for months.
