Unable to withdraw
Hi Peter, I never download these games but since being in isolation I decided to give it a go and try to win some money as I have become unemployed due to COVID-19.. One thing your app doesn’t inform the players is that even small wins you cannot withdraw and have to wait until your earnings are at a ridiculous amount such as mine ($3099) whilst my winnings are at ($183) now for someone who deposited $30 and has now won a small fortune to them due to not working it would be amazing to be able to cash this amount out and put it toward useful things in my life that I am unable to afford. I personally feel that you should allow people to withdraw their earnings, maybe not the amount they deposited so it keeps them coming back to play. But to only allow me to withdraw $3000 means I would have to keep playing and betting and losing more money I do not have, so please if there is some way you can allow me to withdraw my money I would appreciate that. Thank you
