Once I allowed access in the ImageTrend system, it took days before I was able to create an account. The app then functioned for a week until today when I was prompted to enter a password vs. face id entry. I received login errors with the proper password. When I went to the forgot password page, it said my email address (that I used to register) was not found. Following logic then, I tried to create a new account with the same email address I once used and is now not found but nothing happens when I submit..it just stays on the new account page.

Although having a valid account made with personal (not work) email, and after resetting password - will never go past the login screen! How is this supposed to make my job easier? DON'T cause yourself any extra frustration- just delete the app and stay away from anything associated with ImageTrend!

This app is broken. None of my information populates for my medic license. The drop down menus don’t populate when trying to connect accounts. The Elite app shows nothing. Terrible app!
