Robomaxx

I followed all the steps necessary for set up, but when it came time to do the hotspot, the pairing began and took a very long time. I waited patiently, and toward the end, it timed out for no reason. It said I might be out of range. I was within 2 feet of the device. When I tried to restart the process, the mobile hotspot never showed up again. Tried it on my spouses phone, and they never saw the hotspot. I restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, turned the robot off and on multiple times, and nothing. Couldn’t find support information anywhere. This is off to a terrible start. I’ve already sunk well over a half an hour into this. Pretty soon, this will be getting an equally bad review on Amazon.
