This app is the worst
Our office has been using this app for several weeks and it continues to have bugs for us on a daily basis. There is a delay in sound when answering phone calls. It doesn’t connect seamlessly with the virtual phone. Among other issues. The tech team makes attempts at solving the problem, but acknowledges that there are known bugs that they are working out. I would not recommend for businesses who take client phone calls and don’t want to be apologizing all day.
Whoever has designed the app, the extension, or really any Simplii program (or icon) seems to be stuck in the early 2000’s. The UX is a nightmare and makes the app just plain bad to use. That might not be a problem if the app functioned better than it looks, but that’s sadly just not the case. I really hope they take some time and put some real effort or money into hiring more competent UX designers and app developers so their platform people pay to use can actually be used easily, effectively, and most importantly efficiently.
