This organization is the worst I have ever dealt with. They can’t perform a simple password reset. Use the app and it tells you that no user exists. They show all doctors online yet you can’t get ahold of any of them. When you schedule a visit, the Doctor doesn’t show up. When you finally have a visit, the Doctor forgets to follow up on any of the prescriptions, notes that are promised. If I could give zero stars I would. Amwell destroys this company in every area. If you are a VC considering investing in this company, change your flight back home immediately. This company is a loser. Kelly in customer service is a shining star though. She finally called me and is helping.
Doctor was quick and responsive. Great idea and got prescribed medicine within 20 minutes and didn’t have to go to the doctors office!
