I was trying to connect my phone to the striker pack but it doesn’t seem to want to connect I do everything right but it says found device and then says scanning repeatedly and doesn’t change from there I’ve tried re-downloading the app over and over but still not luck I’m willing to wait for and update on the app software but a little irritated it doesn’t want to work right away

I’ve had my strike photo about three months and the app stopped working every time I would open the app it would just crash. I deleted and reinstalled it that kept on crashing. I restarted my phone multiple times. The app kept on crashing so I don’t know, but this needs to be fixed like as soon as possible, cause I want to use my strike pack

Bought the strikepack for ps5 it worked for a day. But the very next it says device found updating i go to R6 to use but then it instantly takes me out of the game thats on the app did the firmware update it still doesn’t do anything and has the same problem don’t know
