So happy to be deleting this app after a year of over paying for a glitchy product they don’t stand by at all. The customer notifications were a nice feature but so happy to not have this constantly draining my phone, crashing, leaving me stranded, and to never deal with customer service without results again.
It will be great if you improve the app with a trucking map navigation routes .. as right now if you navigates using the routific navigation option it’s only for cars ... hope to hear about you soon thanks
Switched from OptimoRoute for the much simpler dispatcher experience that lets us plan routes for several drivers 3 times a week. With the newest update, the native iOS app also displays custom fields, which helps our drivers figure out for example which customer still needs to pay in cash and which customer requested a no-contact delivery
