I was able to put money in the ‘wallet’ to start my scooter and then I could not access the app again to turn my ride off or get my money due to “bad server” warning.
I added funds, made a ride, asked for my remaining balance back on my card and got it. No major issues. I think previous reviewer simply did not ask support to for the refund.
I was unable to end the ride so I ended up paying $20 to ride the scooter for 7 minutes. I had to pause the ride which kept it reserved for 60 minutes as I was being charged. There is also no way for me to remove my payment information from the app. Not very secure.
