Dear DM Plus App Development Team,
I am writing to report an issue with the DM Plus app. Despite entering the correct ID and password, the app repeatedly returns me to the main login screen, preventing me from completing the login process. This issue has made it impossible for me to get verified or access my account.
Could you please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible? Any guidance or steps to fix the issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm making a purchase on Huyndai duty free and it's required this app to verify the payment. The app keeps crashing despite of the effort I've been make and I couldn't complete the payment, nice job.

I had a login issue after upgrading to iOS 18. It kept returning to the initial login page even when I entered the correct credentials. If you're experiencing the same problem, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. It fixed the issue for me. Cheers!
