App is very easy to use as long as the content is available from the provider. The content is critical and the app functionality is only as good as the content provided. We use this app for self service customer support and it’s a game changer reducing the amount of contact with an agent.

Excellent process for a free trial which required downloading the app. Easy to learn and I see value for businesses given the ease to create applications. Customer service has exceeded expectations.

This is a useless support app for xbox. The “AR” is pointless fluff. All it gives you is a floating picture of your console or a controller with floating support buttons. When you click on the floating button it just takes you to the Microsoft site with instructions on how to perform the action you were trying to do like pair a controller. A person is better off just going and performing an Internet search rather than downloading an AR app. I thought I would be able to control games but absolutely not. That is not what this is for at all.
