Home workout - muscle builder

I have Ben so fat but then I went on the App Store and saw this Workout app and I uploaded it and started to workout intill i made me pay I did the 3 free day trial and then u wasn’t able to use so that’s the only thing that is a problem put I don’t blame the company bc I would do that to get money so peace ✌🏼

While building my own exercise or using the preset ones, the app makes the exercises all over the place and not targeting a certain zone. For example I could be doing diamond pushups and then it would say stretch your legs and then go to crunches! The organization on this app is TERRIBLE and ruins your chance of gaining benefit due to the lack consistency between exercises targeting certain zones. Overall I am very disappointed in this app and the way it will help me gain the body I desire while at home.

I love the simplicity of this app it’s easy to use and straightforward. Very user friendly. I like being able to create my own workout too. Thanks!
