YAP is a very convenient App for transferring money between my friends and family, not only that, it is also super beneficial and makes every day purchases so easy. By adding my YAP card to my Apple Pay Wallet, I tap it everywhere and at anytime especially when I am on a rush to buy things. I don’t need to carry my card around so that’s makes it a seamless and easy process.

Its been 4 days since I’ve been using YAP. Easily the top neobank in its category. I applied for a card mid last week and had someone deliver my package 3 days later. What I really like on here is the ability to create multiple virtual cards that really help control unnecessary spend. Aside from that, its just simple and straightforward unlike other banking apps that take away hours just trying to figure out how and where to navigate.

For almost two months they could not review my documents. The KYC form that they send in Microsoft Word format is generally some kind of separate nonsense, the first time I encounter this - it feels like this is an organization from the basements, and not a digital bank.
I tried to get through to them from different ends - support, facebook - to no avail. Nobody can do anything.
In other words, this entire bank is one of the clearest manifestations of gouging, slowness and indifference.
Their debit card, which for some reason they send before verifying you as a client, goes to the trash, where it belongs.
