This whole thing was supposed to make refueling easier, but instead it has turned into a complete nightmare — nothing but frustration, stress, and disappointment. First, the top-up process is a joke. Top up through bank? It doesn’t work — and I still don’t have my money back. Top up through JazzCash? Same story — money gone, no successful top-up, no refund. So basically, the only way is to hunt for a representative at a select few Parco pumps, not even all of them. And even if somehow you finally manage to top up, you’re in for another round of headaches. The machines are useless, the service is available at only a handful of pumps, and the points keep adding up but are completely pointless — can’t redeem them, can’t use them, just numbers sitting there doing nothing. On top of that, the app is a disaster. It lags, crashes, and sometimes takes hours just to show your balance. What’s the point of all this when I can just walk into any ordinary pump and pay with cash or card — faster, easier, and stress-free? To make things worse, the helpline customer support is pathetic. You call them, and all they ever say is “your issue will be fixed within 24 hours,” and the same pointless cycle repeats. No compensation, no vouchers, no proper solution — just endless follow-ups for an issue that never actually gets resolved. Honestly, this system has made refueling harder, not easier, and I’m extremely disappointed.
Such a disastrous application. Collecting money from the clients for the cards and making money. No one is least interested to look in to the matter seriously. It’s been 17 days I’m running after them on the call centers. Here and there about the issues in the application. The poor call center guys are super helpless. And the backend team probably on the full time honeymoon. Worst experience of my life .
I’ve been using the Infiny App by Total Parco for a while now, and while the app itself is functional and easy to use, the overall customer support and service experience has been extremely disappointing. I topped up 10,000 PKR, but it took a staggering 2 months for the funds to appear in my account. Despite numerous follow-ups and being promised multiple times that the issue would be resolved, I received no updates or progress until much later. To make matters worse, the account verification process took an additional 1 month, meaning it took me a total of 3 months to fully access and use the amount. It’s frustrating when customer support is unresponsive, and despite sending several complaints, they don’t seem to take action until weeks or months later. The promises of swift resolutions never materialized, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. While the app itself is good in terms of functionality, the extremely slow and poor support makes it difficult to recommend. I hope the team works on improving the support system and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
