This application is adversely impacting my work productivity. Data I have already entered gets wiped out, it is so very user un-friendly, very slow, and synchronization does not work most of the time. It prompts for needless non-applicable information. The bar codes often don't scan correctly and much of the time the asset tag bar codes don't take.
Still not perfect, but soooo much better with the recent updates. Assigned jobs now populate and they fixed the scanner for asset tagging. Hopefully they continue to improve it.
They broke the App. Can’t manually add barcodes. Camera scanner distance is garbage. After you tag devices it brings you back to the top of the screen, not where you left off. Works better than Astea and SolomanWebServices, that’s not saying much.
