I sent in a picture through the app that didn't get qualified, they reached out via email very quickly and helped me with the guidelines, ask me to resend a few different photos via email to them with no additional charges " Very Cool" there response was very quick and helpful. Original photo I took myself did not work for UK Passport renewal, then I went to the UPS store locally and they couldn’t do a digital photo that worked because they were trying to scan a hard copy photo. Then I found this app 🙏 which miraculously fixes your photo so that it meets the requirements, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you !!
