When I first opened the app and looked around my original reaction was, wow not a lot of bells & whistles. When I first used it, I got it, there aren’t any bells & whistles, it’s Perfect! There is little to no learn curve and there are no distractions. You won’t be doing a deep dive word study with this app but that is not what it is for. I realized that I have been trained by app developers to want more and more options and settings to customize. You won’t get that here but what you will get is a tool to allow you to follow along with the reading & teaching of God’s Word and a place to jot your thoughts down. Full disclosure, I am not the developer but I know him and I have nothing to gain by speaking very highly of this app. All of these words are my own and are based on the beta version development I saw and my knowledge of the developer.

I’m legally blind and this app allows me to cut and paste. I use it to take notes when Rabbi is teaching. Had there been a cost it would have worth it. Thanx. Shalom!

This is a great app for sermon note taking! There are only 2 things that I wish it had. The first is the ability to download Bibles offline in case I am somewhere that doesn’t have internet. The second is the ability to export notes. I see there is a paid for version that allows cloud note storage, but I would prefer to export notes and store backups privately. The only other thing that would just make this is bees knees is the ability to assign a journal entry to a passage of Scripture. This would allow filtering and searching by passage. If these are available in the paid for version, I’ll be buying it immediately, but I couldn’t tell.
