Had a great time scooting around town with their electric bikes. Stations were convenient to use and the price was extremely reasonable! You do need to create two accounts to rent two though.

What a mess. We rode the bikes for 22 minutes then parked them on the racks exactly according to instructions.
But the app continued to count minutes. It now says 4 hours I’ve had the bike and I literally rode it from the station to the main piazza.
And we missed our train because we had to walk. We planned to bike back to the station but the app was convinced we already had bikes in our possession so it wouldn’t let us take bikes from the rack. We even went back to our original bikes that we were apparently still riding and they were locked in tight.
So the app ruined our day and now I have to waste time with credit card company to dispute charges.
