Even worse than awful
I had a previous review but feel the need to express another one. I said it was awful in th previous review, what I should of said is " amateur" 6 days to approve a document? There is absolutely no hope for this company. They refuse to listen. I've done this gig for 8 years, 7 in Detroit also before moving to Miami. Rule number 1, keep your drivers happy and on the road. Without them you will just be another failed company. If you ever want advice please let me know bro. Looks like you really need to get your house in order.

This app has come a long way. Ignore the negative reviews from people who reviewed it when the app was first launched. It’s been updated regularly and most of the hiccups no longer exist, it’s a new company and they’re doing their best to polish the app as quickly as users are reporting. Compared to other rideshare driver apps, this company’s app is superior! Way more features and better functionality. Love driving for Zoom Ride! Keep up the great work devs! Cheers! -Ray
