I was looking forward to using this app but it seems to have some bugs

Not acceptable
This app frequently is not in sync with the bus and gives faulty updates. You can do better and you need to do better. You serve people with intellectual disabilities who rely on this app. Their families try to track them with this app and rely on you as well. HRT Paratransit clients are stranded without the executive functioning to know what to do. Fix this please. Please. Please.

Finally!
Makes getting around so much easier for me. I love being able to track my driver too and not having to call to book or change my ride - the app takes care of it!
