There some problems with sign in please fix it

The (login with one time pin) feature is not functioning!! When I write my phone number and then I tap on get (OTP) I never receive the pin for some reason?? Same issue when I tap on (Forgot password) I write down the new password and then I confirm the new password and then I tap on (Get) the page start to load, and I don’t receive the (OTP) Please note that I use iPhone 12 Pro Max, I’m not sure if that will help, and also the app is up-to-date.

I used MY LIBYANA for almost 3 years, to be honest, my experience with the app was not bad , before it was some problems when you try to login but now after the updates the app getting well , Best wishes To the Best Company In (LIBYA) I hope you gonna be one of the best in the entire world ✈️❤️
