Okay I had enough of this app developer team. Back then I left review for you guys to improve and none had been taken into action. Now, I'll add another despite I know it will also not be addressed, just for my satisfaction of saying you're the worst app maker ever.For what we're not able to screenshot? Is there any P&C stuff here? Like account number or anything? No? I had to screenshot leaves taken to submit to my TL and found out can't even do it. We can't apply medical leave here. Not being able to view pay slip and circular. Now out of sudden, asking us to like activate our PB Securesign on this app while I had done so previously. In order to do that, I have to scan QR in IAMPORTAL, while my department doesn't allow phone in working station and we had to keep them in our locker. Back then I had to secretly bring my phone to do this. Now I had to do that again?Idk if you guys are related to ITD or not but if you're, I hope none of you ever got your ID locked because if you do, be prepared as you have to deal with that bull**it dept that don't even have a brain. You call them to ask for a new pw, in which they have to reset for you since it is their job, but nope. They instead got angry with you and spit nonsense asking you to use PB Experience which is another of their useless product that doesn't work. Even then they had to send you first/second half password, which sometimes they got it wrong. You ask for first half but they sent second. When you call back on the issue they said it is you who said it wrong when I used office phone so that i have the recording and proved you wrong. When I proved you wrong, you got angry. Yes, that how useless ITD is and Vincent, you're one of the donkey there. When I ask you to talk to my boss you hang up. Useless coward.Why on earth you guys keep wasting our time with app like this? I wonder if our board member know about how clueless you guys is.

This week three times i having issue with this app! Until head office gonna give me warning letter just bcs i can not log in to my pc and this app! My id just got locked and revoked out of sudden! Pleaseeeeeee look into this issue! My current software ios is 16.6.

Applying annual leave mandatory to select relief. Maybe the system should allow to skip this part as some of the division staff not required to have relief when they want to take leave.
