GOIN' Provider

The new app just came out a few days ago first week, January 25. It is worse than ever it went from bad to worse. I don’t know how they can mess it up anymore. There is nowhere for the customers to sign for the e-signature. Your trips don’t appear on your screen for that day. When you close the app, if you have any open trips, they just as in disappear. I have very low regard for this app.

This app is a good app it’s so simple to use. It give you accurate arrival time and accurate direction to the destination your going too. As a transportation driver this app makes my work days sooo much better because it lets my employer know when I arrive and when I DropOff. All I got to say that if your looking for a app for transportation this is it!!!

I have used Goin Provider for about a year and a half now and I think it works okay. There are certain things that need to be fixed. One is the map system needs updating. The second thing is the addresses of drop offs seem to fall off the screen and can’t be seen after pressing the arrival button. Other then that it works fine for what it is.
