This is not a review of Moore’s Mill Club. This is a review of the developer of the app, ClubEssentials. Complete customer service disaster in every way… Our club manager has described what they are having to go through to get anything accomplished… And most of the time, nothing is accomplished. In particular, the app does not work in iOS dark mode. It’s evident that their developers don’t listen to or keep up with the latest iOS information development and updates… They have no interest in discussing this with anyone that uses the app only with the clubs that they have paid contracts with… And even then they don’t address it… Avoid this company at all costs… There are viable legitimate companies that will work with you and do a lot better with app development.
